SCOTTSDALE, Ariz. -- Linden, New Jersey, which is 13 miles southwest of Manhattan and bordering Staten Island in the New York Metropolitan area, has selected American Traffic Solutions, Inc. (ATS) to run the City's red-light camera program. The New Jersey Department of Transportation has granted permission for the City of Linden to install cameras at three locations as part of the state's red-light camera pilot program.
