SL Green Realty Corp. announced that Ambassador Construction Company, Inc. has renewed its lease covering 13,784 s/f on the 12th floor of 317 Madison Avenue.
Ambassador is one of New York City's leading interior construction companies providing pre-construction, general contracting and construction management services. This lease together with several other recent transactions has increased the building occupancy to 98%.
