DARE COUNTY | The Outer Banks Association of Realtors will hold its general membership meeting at 8:30 a.m. April 29 at the Ramada Plaza Hotel.
Registration begins at 8 a.m., with the meeting and breakfast to follow. The cost of the breakfast is $10.
The keynote speaker will be Alice Martin, vice president of professional development of the National Association of Realtors. She will address new MLS procedures. A vote will be held on proposed changes to the Outer Banks Association of Realtors' bylaws regarding how new member applicants become Realtors.
