`Wild Child Survival Skills' series to begin Sunday

A series of three classes teaching basic safety and survival skills to youngsters begins Sunday at Mount Pisgah Arboretum southeast of Eugene. Taught by Matt and Anna Bradley of ReWild Eugene, the "Wild Child Survival Skills" series will cover "lost-proofing," fire, shelter, water, weather, hazards and other outdoor skills and knowledge. The class is geared toward ages 5-11 and their grownups. Sign up for just one session, or for all three. Cost: $8 per child, or $5 per child with a family membership. Adults are free with child.
