Resurrection is California poppies. I'll explain in a moment.
Easter used to be a hard thing for me. I couldn't get past the God-wanted-Jesus-to-die part and the raised body. While grounded in the mystery of God - the awareness of being related to something greater than what I fully know - I wanted the tenets of my faith to make sense. Not just logical sense, but in an experiential, knowing sense - that understanding that includes and yet surpasses reason and emotion.
