There's a whole lot more to Middle Eastern dance than the bare midsections we've come to expect from the "Hollywoodization" of the ancient art. But both the traditional and the expected will be part of the Middle Eastern Dance Guild of Eugene's gala performance this evening, to be followed by a series of dance-it-yourself workshops on Saturday.
