Apr 29, 2009 (The Australian - ABIX via COMTEX) -- An auction of predominantly retail assets in Melbourne worth a combined $A60m sparked strong interest by private as well as institutional property investors. The main items were four supermarkets and liquor stores tenanted to Coles Group, fetching as much as $A12.25m. Other sites included a Bunnings Warehouse, Red Rooster outlet, and Carter Holt Harvey packaging facilities.
