INDONESIA'S RATU PRABU ENERGI TO SELL 10% OF SHARES IN SPO
JAKARTA - Publicly traded Indonesian energy company PT Ratu Prabu Energi (JSX:ARTI) said it will sell 10 per cent of its shares in a secondary public offering (SPO) this year to improve its liquidity.
The company named PT Mandiri Sekuritas as the consultant, company finance director Gemilang Zaharin said, adding the SPO was expected to take place in the next three months.
