Dubai Biotechnology and Research Park (DuBiotech), a member of Tecom Investments, has announced that Aspen Healthcare, a manufacturer of acquired R&D multinational brands and branded generics, will base its regional headquarters at DuBiotech to facilitate the distribution of products to Europe, the Middle East, North Africa and Canada (Emenac).
