Ahhh, spring: the time of year when everything blooms after a long winter's dormancy - trees, tulips, primroses ... the Craft Center.
Well, maybe the Craft Center. After shutting its doors in early January because of a $1.2 million budget shortfall, the Worcester Center for Crafts, one of the oldest cultural institutions in the city, is showing a few new signs of life.
