A statement from the NSE said that the issue was a demonstration of the renewed confidence of investors in the stock market. The companies which have their shares approved by the NSE include First Inland Bank Plc, Interlinked Technologies Plc and Eterna Plc.
The statement said that the NSE approved Finbank s supplementary allotment of 1.064 billion ordinary shares of 50 kobo each to be issued at N9.50 per share.
Interlinked also got the Council s approval for placing of 200 million ordinary shares of 50 kobo each to be issued at N2.50 and a rights issue of 141.6 million ordinary shares to be issued at N3.50 per share.
