ANAHEIM, Calif., Oct. 20 /PRNewswire/ -- CKE Restaurants, Inc. ("CKE") (NYSE: CKR) parent company of Hardee's Food Systems, Inc., announced that it has entered into three separate agreements whereby the Company will acquire a total of 27 Hardee's franchised restaurants in Green Bay, Wisconsin and surrounding areas.
Under an agreement, which was finalized October 15, 1997, CKE purchased eight Hardee's franchised restaurants from Restaurants of America, Inc. and Hard-Kor L.L.C. CKE also entered into a management agreement with Restaurants of America, Inc. and Hard-Kor L.L.C. for another nine Hardee's restaurants. CKE anticipates purchasing those nine units ...
