Srinagar, May. 2 -- Jammu and Kashmir Liberation Front (JKLF) chief Mohammad Yaseen Malik, chairmen of both the factions of the Hurriyat Conference (HC) and about a dozen other separatist leaders remained under house arrest.
A spokesman of the JKLF said Mr Malik, who is under house arrest for the past two weeks, was today taken to Sher-e-Kashmir Institute of Medical Sciences (SKIMS) at Soura for medical check up by police.
He said Mr Malik was later brought back to his Maisuma house and again put under house arrest.
