According to Egypt State Information Service: During his statement on Monday 04/05/2009, Minister of Justice, Mamdouh Mar'i said that the economical court in Egypt is considered a sign of the Egyptian judicial supremacy. Meanwhile, he added that the court is hailed by both Germany and Turkey who promise to get benefit of the experience which aims at stabilizing the investments and the developing process in Egypt. Meantime, Mar'i said that Egypt is working on to improve the judicial system to prompt justice and facilitate the procedures. ...
