Joseph Pattathu resigns as HDIL director
Mumbai, May 6 (PTI) Realty firm Housing Development & Infrastructure Ltd (HDIL) today said its director Joseph A Pattathu has resigned from the board.
The company has accepted the resignation of Joseph A Pattathu as a director of the company with immediate effect, HDIL said in a filing to the Bombay Stock Exchange.
