The list of Chrysler L.L.C.'s top 50 unsecured creditors is peppered with companies with headquarters or substantial operations here. The largest local creditor, and ranking No. 2 overall, is BBDO North America, with offices in Troy, which is owed almost $55.1 million, trailing only the $70.3 million owed to Toledo-based Ohio Module Manufacturing Co.
