Evigia Systems Inc., Ann Arbor, has received its first purchase orders from Northrop Grumman, Los Angeles, as part of Evigia's efforts to supply active Radio Frequency Identification products to the U.S. Department of Defense under the RFID III contract vehicle.
Plastipak Packaging Inc., Plymouth, has entered into a perpetual and exclusive worldwide hot-fill technology license with Tecsor HR, a French corporation. Plastipak has the right to sublicense the technology and also has an option to take an equity stake in Tecsor HR.
