NEW YORK, Oct. 28 /PRNewswire/ -- A panel of the National Advertising Review Board (NARB) has recommended that Campbell Soup Company ("Campbell") modify advertising for its new line of Soups in Glass Jars to more accurately communicate that its glass jar soups do not contain, but have been processed with fresh vegetables. The NARB decision upholds a June 25, 1997 case decision by the National Advertising Division (NAD) of the Council of Better Business Bureau, Inc. in which NAD found certain claims of "fresh tasting" and "Campbell's best tasting" substantiated, but requested that Campbell modify its advertising to be consistent with the Food and Drug Administration ...
