Moscow, Apr. 6 -- Russian Prime Minister Vladimir Putin today expressed confidence that his country will overcome the financial crisis and retain its position as one of the world's leading economies.
''But for this, it is necessary to take coordinated efforts, and work as one team,'' Mr Putin told the State Duma, the lower house of parliament, while presenting a special report.
''We cannot resolve all problems at a stroke,'' he said, stressing the need to observe tough parameters of the budget to save and build up resources.
