TORRANCE, Calif., Oct. 16 /PRNewswire/ -- Imperial Credit Industries, Inc. (Nasdaq: ICII) today announced that Imperial Credit Commercial Mortgage Investment Corp. (Nasdaq: ICMI), a real estate investment trust, (the "Company") has had its registration statement declared effective by the Securities and Exchange Commission for an initial public offering of 30,000,000 shares of common stock at $15.00 per share. Imperial Credit Industries, Inc. will purchase 2,970,000 of the 30,000,000 share offering at the initial public offering price net of underwriting discounts and commissions.
