Kochi, April 14 -- Ace shooter Abhinav Bindra, who got the lone Gold Medal for India in Beijing Olympics, scientist Bhakta Bhusan Rath, who is associate Director of Research and Head of Materials Science and Component Technology Directorate at the Naval Research Laboratory, Washigton DC, US and Chairman of Sir Ganga Ram Hospital Brijender Kumar Rao were among 14 people who received Padma Bhushan award.
