SAN MARCOS, Texas, Oct. 29 /PRNewswire/ -- Correctional Systems, Inc., (OTC Bulletin Board: CRXS), has entered into an agreement to acquire Sentencing Concepts, Inc., L.G. Grossman, Chairman of Correctional Systems, Inc., announced today. The two companies should have combined revenues in excess of three million dollars for 1997. Their combination makes the company into a full service correctional agency capable of providing all correctional services, including pre-sentence investigation, incarceration, alternative sentencing, aftercare monitoring, alcohol and other drug abuse treatment, work furlough, jails and institutions.
