Lucknow, Apr. 30 -- An estimated 33 per cent of the total 2.23 crore electorate voted till 1500 hrs in Phase-III elections to all the 15 Lok Sabha constituencies of Uttar Pradesh today.
Polling was by and large peaceful even as some political parties complained of irregularities by the ruling party candidates, said state election office officials here.
UP Congress president and candidate from Lucknow Rita Bahuguna Joshi alleged that the ruling BSP candidate from Lucknow in nexus with the local authorities was adopting all illegal means to rig the polls.
