Discussing extent of venture
Henry Ford Health System and The Detroit Medical Center, Detroit's second- and third-largest health care systems, are engaged in high-level affiliation talks that do not exclude the possibility of a merger.
"We haven't ruled out anything in these talks," said Dwight Angell, Henry Ford Health's director of external communications.
The two powerhouse urban systems are serious about a collaboration after years of flirtation.
