SOMERS, N.Y.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Nov. 4, 1997--IBM today announced the ThinkPad 560X, the latest addition to its award-winning ultraportable ThinkPad 560 notebook computer series. Featuring a 12.1-inch screen and full-sized keyboard in a 1.2-inch thin and 4.1 pound light package, the ThinkPad 560X offers Intel's new 233 MHz(a) Pentium processor with MMX technology and nearly double the hard drive and memory capacity.
