BOSTON - For better or worse, Red Sox left fielder Jason Bay will always be linked to Manny Ramirez, so he wasn't surprised when reporters huddled around his locker three hours before last night's game against the Indians.
They wanted to hear Bay's take on the stunning news that Ramirez, his predecessor in front of the Green Monster, had been suspended for 50 games by Major League Baseball for testing positive for a banned substance.
