The major projects division of Elkhart-based Coachmen Industries has signed a contract with the Sisters of St. Frances to build three duplexes and one commercial office building in Denver, Colorado. All American Building Systems LLC is expected to start the $1.7 million project in June. The company recently landed $6 million military contract to build housing for the United States Army at Fort Bliss, near El Paso, Texas.
