EVERETT, Wash., Nov. 4 /PRNewswire/ -- In a major move to give customers greater flexibility, Intermec Technologies Corporation today announced plans to provide a wireless LAN architecture that allows customers freedom of choice in selecting radio technologies for their wireless LAN systems. Under the trade name Radio Independent(TM), Intermec will offer wireless LAN systems that allow customers to mix and match radio technologies to meet their specific wireless LAN requirements.
