DAVAO CITY, May 8 (PNA) -- Agriculture Secretary Arthur Yap laid down some concerns that the government must address in order to encourage foreign investors on Thursday during the RP-KSA Trade and Investment to the Philippines forum held at the Apo View Hotel here.
