Geocaching is a great activity for all ages who enjoy hiking and being outdoors. Come out and participate in this high-tech treasure hunt that uses a GPS unit Saturday, May 16, at Marengo Ridge Conservation Area, 2411 South Route 23, Marengo.
Two hunts are offered, a Beginner 3-Cache or 6-Cache rally. At check-in, participants receive a series of questions with cache coordinates. Each cache contains clues to answer the questions, a raffle ticket and surprise. Each correct answer earns another raffle ticket. Come dressed for the weather and be prepared to walk. An adult must accompany all youth younger than 14 at all times. Registration is required and a fee of $2 ...
