Lisa Germain is beside herself.
She believes the people calling the shots downtown are full of themselves.
A relative had returned from the Worcester convention center with an 11-inch-by-17-inch brochure titled, "Official Worcester Visitor Map."
"Can you imagine publishing an official map of Worcester and not including the Greendale neighborhood?" she asked me.
Now, I have long known that while city leaders sing the praises of Worcester as a city of neighborhoods, their time and effort are largely spent trying to revitalize downtown.
