A renewable energy bill may live again in a special legislative session. A measure that could provide money to revamp Seattle's KeyArena will likely continue to sleep with the fishes.
That's Senate Majority Leader Lisa Brown's take on a bonus session, the details of which are to be decided by Gov. Chris Gregoire and leading lawmakers on Thursday. (UPDATE: The Associated Press reports there will be no special session.)
