ANDY STEWART, the successful City businessman and racehorse owner, yesterday delivered a withering critique of racing's rebranding exercise, condemning it as "a waste of time".
Stewart, chief executive and founder of brokerage firm Cenkos, says the sport was in need of revolution, but the ideas that emerged from a six-month pounds 250,000 consultation process fell way short of his expectations.
