The Plastics Pioneers Association has named two new members: Robert Lammie, vice president of sales for North America and exports at compounder Ampacet Corp., and Richard Giddes, senior project engineer with medical products maker Becton Dickinson and Co.
PPA membership is limited to 250 active members who each must have at least 25 years of service to the plastics industry. New members must be sponsored by a current member of the PPA.
Before his current position, Lammie served for seven years in Europe as Ampacet's director of sales and marketing. Ampacet is based in Tarrytown, N.J.
