ATLANTA, Nov. 10 /PRNewswire/ -- Cox Newspapers, Andrews McMeel Publishing and Mary Engelbreit Publications have announced their partnership to publish Mary Engelbreit's Home Companion, one of the fastest-growing magazines in the home decorating category.
Since its inception in September 1996, the magazine has been owned and operated by Universal-Engelbreit Communications. With this agreement, Cox Newspapers becomes a 40 percent owner of the magazine. Terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
