Nearly 1,000 Employees to be Located at Golden Eagle Plaza
SAN DIEGO, Oct. 22 /PRNewswire/ -- Golden Eagle Insurance Corporation has entered into a lease agreement with Southwest Value Partners for more than 160,000 square feet of Class A commercial space at 525 B Street in downtown San Diego. The 22-story building, of which Golden Eagle will occupy more than nine floors with nearly 1,000 employees, will be named Golden Eagle Plaza. The largest-ever commercial lease transaction in downtown San Diego guarantees Golden Eagle's presence in the area for 10 years, with two five-year options available that could keep the company at Golden Eagle Plaza through 2017. ...
