NASHVILLE, Tenn., May 13 /PRNewswire/ -- Shoney's(R) today announced it is in the final stage of accepting registrations (click here to register: http://www.shoneys.com/) for the Shoney's 2009 5K Family Fun Run, the first ever family fun event of its kind benefiting the Metropolitan Nashville Police Department. The race/event is June 6 from 7 a.m. to noon outside LP Field in downtown Nashville and will feature $1000 prizes for the top male and female runners.
