WEST PALM BEACH, Fla.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Nov. 11, 1997--Servico, Inc. (NYSE:SER), a nationwide owner and operator of hotels, today announced the purchase of the Hilton Hotel in Columbia, Maryland, and the Holiday Inn in Jamestown, New York.
These two hotels, with a combined total of 302 rooms, represent a continuation of the growth of the Servico hotel portfolio. Servico has now purchased seven hotels in 1997 with five of these purchases occurring in the past 45 days.
