CARY, N.C., Nov. 13 /PRNewswire/ -- Research Triangle Consultants, Inc. (RTC) announces the completion of the EDI Systems, Inc. asset acquisition for an undisclosed amount. Based in Charlotte, North Carolina, Joe Slater and Billy Davis founded EDI Systems, Inc. in February 1993. The principal product of EDI Systems, Inc. is EDI Assistant. With the addition of this product, RTC has appointed Joe Slater as Chief Developer for EDI Assistant. Mr. Slater, formerly with EDI Systems, Inc. comes to RTC with four years experience in the EDI marketplace as a software developer.
