Lincoln International is not slowing down on its expansion and opportunity outlook across the pond.

The U.S. middle-market investment bank accelerated its global push last year (IDD, "Lincoln's Journey Overseas," 2/11/08). In January 2008, the firm, which already had overseas offices in Frankfurt, Paris and Vienna, declared its London branch open for business under the leadership of Darren Redmayne.

One month later, Lincoln, which has U.S. offices in Chicago, New York and Los Angeles, announced the opening of a branch in Madrid, at the time its eighth office globally and its fifth in Europe.
