Ankur Drugs allots 4 lk shares to a promoter
Mumbai, May 13 (PTI) Ankur Drugs and Pharma today said it has alloted four lakh equity shares to one of the promoters Purnandu Jain on conversion of warrants issued.
The board of directors of the company has approved to allot four lakh equity shares to Purnandu held by him at an agreed price of Rs 175 a piece, as per the terms of issue of share warrants on a preferential basis.
