Ibom Power firm signs gas supply agreement with NGC IN preparatory to its efforts of supplying more power to the national grid, Akwa Ibom State's Ibom Power Company (IPC) has signed a 20-year gas supply agreement with the Nigerian Gas Company (NGC).
Under the agreement, NGC will deliver to Ibom Power about 27 million standard cubic feet of gas daily to power the plant. IPC is one of the nation's independent power projects but it is solely owned and run by the Akwa Ibom State government.
