CHESHAM, England, Nov. 18 /PRNewswire/ -- Information Management Resources plc, (IMR plc), the wholly owned subsidiary of Information Management Resources, Inc. (Nasdaq: IMRS) (IMR) announced today that it has been awarded the analysis, planning, conversion, testing and implementation phases of a Year 2000 compliance project by Commercial Union of South Africa, (CUSAF). The project involves the conversion of approximately 3 million lines of code and follows IMR's earlier involvement in similar conversion programs for Commercial Union in the UK, USA and Canada.
