"And let me just add one thing. And this is a stark contrast here because we are nation [sic] of laws, and we are a nation of values," scientists writing in the journal George Washington Law Review report (see also Life Sciences).
"The terrorists follow no rules. They follow no laws. We will wage and win this war on terrorism and defeat the terrorists," wrote R.L. Weiner and colleagues, George Washington University.
The researchers concluded: "And we will do so in a way that's consistent with our values and our laws, and consistent with the direction the President laid out.(1)'."
