Mall of America(R) officials said a lawsuit claiming that it discriminated against a mall visitor during an August 2007 incident is absolutely false (see also Mall of America).
"This lawsuit is without merit," said Dan Jasper, Director of Public Relations for Mall of America. "Our security officers respond to behavior and nothing else. We do not tolerate discrimination of any kind in Mall of America."
