Acquisition of $100 Million Company Expands Fresh America's
West Coast Presence
DALLAS, Nov. 20 /PRNewswire/ -- Fresh America Corp. (Nasdaq: FRES), a national food distribution management company, today announced it has signed a binding letter of intent to acquire substantially all the assets of Francisco Distribution Company, a privately held food marketing, distribution and repackaging company headquartered in Norwalk, California. Terms of the agreement were not disclosed.
