PRINCETON, N.J. and HOUSTON, Nov. 20 /PRNewswire/ -- Pharmacopeia, Inc. (Nasdaq: PCOP) and Texas Biotechnology Corporation (Amex: TXB), today announced a collaboration to identify novel drug candidates for specific targets involved in diseases of the vascular endothelium such as stroke and asthma. This collaboration will provide Texas Biotechnology with access to Pharmacopeia's small molecule combinatorial chemistry libraries for the identification of new lead compounds against several of Texas Biotechnology's targets.
