DALLAS and LOUGHBOROUGH, England, Nov. 20 /PRNewswire/ -- Mizar, Inc. (Nasdaq: MIZR) and Loughborough Sound Images Ltd. (a privately held U.K. company, "LSI"), both leading suppliers of computing products for the real- time signal and image processing markets, today announced that they have signed a definitive merger agreement.
