TORONTO, Nov. 21 /CNW-PRN/ - Bombardier Regional Aircraft today delivered de Havilland Dash 8Q(x) Serial Number 500 to Horizon Air, shortly after the Seattle, Washington-based airline firmed up an order of 10 conditional Dash 8Q Series 200 aircraft.
Value of the confirmed order is approximately $120 million U.S. ($170 million Can.).
Acceptance of Dash 8 Serial Number 500 was the second ``first'' of this type by Horizon. On October 3, 1986, Horizon took delivery of Dash 8 Serial Number 50, which also happened to be the 7,000th aircraft produced by de Havilland.
