Dye-sensitized solar cell (DSSC), as an alternate source in place of photo electrochemical solar cells, came in consideration after the novel work of Gratzel and co-workers (1), (2). The overall cell performance depends upon many factors, like nature of electrodes, dye, sensitizer, electrolytes, and so forth.
